Original Pathways Aboriginal Alternative Dispute Resolution

The “Original Pathways” program serves Aboriginal children and families through a Culturally Appropriate dispute resolution method to reduce or iliminate court appearances by resolving child protection issues out of court.  The program will work with the whole family as well as Band Representatives, FACs Niagara, other service providers, community supports and th legal community.  Referrals come from FACs Niagara, School Boards, community agencies, community members and through self referral.
