Report Child Abuse and Neglect 24/7

Every person in Ontario has a legal and ethical duty to report suspected or actual child abuse or neglect.  Report immediately, report directly and continue to report any ongoing concerns to your local children’s aid society.  In Niagara, that’s Family and Children’s Services.  We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Reports must be made in person or by phone.  FACS will assess your information, make referrals to other helping community agencies and/or investigate further.  In case of emergency, you can also call 911.
